Our commission model works by paying you a commission based on the monthly revenue of your customers. You can build up a healthy monthly income stream from the customers you bring to us. Once your customers are active there is minimal involvement required from you. We provide full support to your customers. In addition to ongoing recurring commission, certain products such as internet connectivity also attract an up front sign up commission.

How it Works
You can earn generous commission on introducing clients to Heart Telecom in 2 ways:
1. You directly engage with your clients and promote our services. Once a client agrees to switch to Heart Telecom or order a new service from Heart Telecom you enter the details of the customer and the services required in the Heart Telecom Partner Control Panel.
2. You place banners or buttons on your site. When a visitor to your website clicks on any of these banners they are sent to our website and we automatically detect that they have been referred by you and allocate your Partner ID to their customer account. View banners and buttons here.
Support and Billing
We provide full customer service, technical support and billing to the customers you introduce. You will also have access to a dedicated sales support executive to assist you in closing sales. They are there to help you win business and develop as a Partner.
Partner Control Panel
Whilst we provide full support to your clients you can also track their services and activity by logging into your Partner Control Panel. The Partner Control Panel also allows you to enter new customers, add or modify services and view your commission. If one of your customers later adds further services you will see these in your control panel and collect commission on them.

How much will I earn?

We pay commission based on the revenue excluding VAT of the clients you introduce as follows:
Service Commission Fixed line voice calls: 10% Fixed line rental: 5% Internet connectivity: 5% Wide area IT networks: 10% Non geographic number fees: 20% For the broadband bundle a one-off £50 commission is paid
As long as you reach £60 by the end of the month we will automatically credit the amount you have earned in to your bank account. If you don't earn £60 in a given month we simply keep carrying this amount over until you reach £60 -

Can anyone become a Partner?

Yes, anyone can become a Partner, however, to continue to qualify as a partner you will need to place orders for not less than 2 new services per 6 month period. The new orders could either be for existing clients or new clients.

How do I become a Partner?

Simply click the Become a Partner Now button below and complete the application form. We will normally confirm your Partner status within 24 hours and you can start introducing clients.

We provide downloadable marketing materials that you can give to your clients to explain about our services. We also provide a range of banners and buttons which you can place on your site. Any customers clicking through from your site will automatically be allocated to your Partner ID.

Why are your services not white labelled under my own name?

Unlike web hosting, for example, the telecoms industry is regulated by a government body, OFCOM. To resell telecoms under your own brand you need to be registered with OFCOM, have appointed an Ombudsman, have in place codes of practice and comply with certain other regulations. By joining the Heart Telecom Partner Programme we take care of the regulatory and administration issues leaving you to focus on your clients needs and earning commission.
