Customer Services Executive

Job Description:
We are a growing telecoms and internet business focused on the B-2-B market. Due to the expansion of our sales and customer services operation and following the launch of exciting new products we are now looking for an experienced Customer Services Executive.

This position is a varied role and you will be required to undertake a number of tasks, these include

• Answering incoming sales calls to help prospective customers identify the product they need
• Assist customers with any support queries including broadband problems by telephone and email
• Maintain, develop and increase client relationships
• Ensure all administration is carried out on a daily basis.

The ideal Customer Services Executive will hold the following skills and experiences:

• Experience working in telecoms or IT
• Telesales experience
• Excellent communication skills
• A flexible attitude to work

In return you will receive a salary of £14 - £16k depending on experience and up to £5k commission. We also provide free snacks, fresh coffee and soft drinks and no dress code.
